Tour To Kick Off October 9 in Hamburg, Germany
Rockstar Energy Drink Taste of Chaos goes overseas again after over 260 Worldwide dates in the past 4 years and playing in over 23 countries which have included the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico and many others, the only worldwide lifestyle festival tour, the Rockstar Taste of Chaos is back with another onslaught of international shows.
The tour will also hit Asia, South America and Mexico and those dates and bands will be announced in the coming weeks.
John Reese (co-founder) states, "We have succeeded in giving a world audience an action-packed lineup for the past four years. The success of the tour on a worldwide level has allowed a lot of great bands to continue their success around the globe.
Mike Kelso Director of Marketing for Rockstar Energy Drink states, "The Rockstar Taste of Chaos has been our marquee musical presentation the world over. We are excited to support the juggernaut."
Kevin Lyman (co-founder) states, "With the incredible success of the new albums from ATREYU, STORY OF THE YEAR and AS I LAY DYING, MUCC and HORSE THE BAND and their blistering live shows we are really excited about this great lineup in 2008. MUCC hails from Japan and is coming off their highly regarded tour of the USA on the U.S. Rockstar Taste of Chaos and we are super excited that they are involved as well"
ATREYU and AS I LAY DYING will not be playing the Hamburg, Germany date.
ROCKSTAR Energy Drink will continue to be the title sponsor of the 2008 tour and will be sampling their products, as well as coming up with some great surprises for attendees. Ernie Ball will be a sponsor on the tour as well. They will provide musical instruments for fans to test out and will pick the opening act through their massively successful Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands.
Vocalist Alex Varkatzas from Atreyu states, "We had the best tour of our lives on Rockstar Taste of Chaos USA so it's a huge honor to be invited to play Rockstar Taste of Chaos International. We also have the pleasure to share the stage with Story of the Year, As I Lay Dying, MUCC, and Horse the Band on this tour. We've toured the US with all of them in the past. It was a blast then and it will be a blast to tour with them again in Europe."
Bassist Adam Russell from STORY OF THE YEAR states, "We're so excited to be back on the Rockstar Taste of Chaos this year. It took us to a lot of new places in 2005, and we're ready to see lots more this time!"

Having already spawned multiple soundtrack CD's and a live DVD, Rockstar Taste Of Chaos, like its summer sibling the Van's Warped Tour, it's only getting bigger and better, offering fans the opportunity to see their favorite bands as well as take part in a number of activities including attending autograph signing sessions and a slew of interactive fan activities that will add to the experience.
